Movie Review: Love, Rosie (’15 Christian Ditter)

Lily Collins and Sam Claflin were charismatic and adorable and posseses an undeniable chemistry that is oozing right through our eyes. They were actually pretty compelling and did everything to live up to their characters. But here’s what made the film a little underwhelming. The character profile is lackluster. The narrative needed depth and the transition is a little messy. The way the film was crafted is actually nice with touches of effect making it warm and pleasant but the interior story telling is what keeps you uneasy. This isn’t bad to be honest. I actually find some moments sweet and lovely but the bad outweighs the good most of the time. Nonetheless, this is a fair interpretation. I wish it could’ve been better but I digress. 6
