When you put together these fantastic actresses in one film, you expect at least some degree of solid film making but like any other occasion themed films, Mother’s Day falls to a problematic setting. The story telling is shallow. The film had some problems in its transition and I thought the overall script is just flawed. There are parts that were funny but mostly it is predictable and corny. I don’t know, I just think that the movie didn’t really work and sell what it wants to do. 4
